ABNA24 - The Department of Manufacturing Holy Shrine Grids and Doors at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine showcased its artistic efforts to the delegation of the Academic Cultural Assembly from the capital, Baghdad.
The head of the department, Mr. Nadhem Al-Gharabi, said, "The department organized a tour for the delegation within its technical divisions to observe the work mechanisms and the materials used in constructing the doors and grids of the holy shrines, in addition to the completed and ongoing projects."
He added that "the delegation praised the department's role in providing services to shrines and holy sites through its diverse artistic works in the field of manufacturing and maintaining doors and grids."
The Grid Manufacturing Department, through its specialized staff, seeks to preserve Islamic heritage and maintain the historical artifacts found in the holy shrines.
